New Issue: Wells Fargo prices $3.41 million enhanced return securities on S&P 500

Columbus, Ohio, March 4 – Wells Fargo & Co. priced $3.41 million of 0% equity-linked enhanced return securities with capped upside and 1-to-1 downside exposure due April 3, 2018 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 300% of any gain in the index, up to a maximum settlement amount of $1,328.50 per $1,000 security.

Investors will be fully exposed to any losses.

The agent is Wells Fargo Securities.
