Wells Fargo to price market-linked notes linked to iShares MSCI EM ETF

Knoxville, Tenn., Sept. 28 – Wells Fargo & Co. plans to price 0% enhanced return securities linked to the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are expected to mature between 48 and 52 months after issue.

If the fund finishes above the 109.8% to 111.5% threshold level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the threshold level plus 1.5 times any gain in the fund beyond the threshold level.

Otherwise, the payout will be par plus the return with exposure to any losses.

The exact deal terms will be set at pricing.

The notes will price in September and settle in October.

The Cusip number is 94986RZA2.
