Wells Fargo preps benchmark 10-year senior notes for Monday pricing

Virginia Beach, Sept. 21 – Wells Fargo & Co. is tapping Monday’s market for a benchmark offering of 10-year notes, an informed source said.

Wells Fargo Securities LLC is the bookrunner.

Other details of the offering were not immediately available.

The bank is based in San Francisco.
