Wells Fargo plans enhanced return notes linked to iShares MSCI EM

Chicago, Aug. 27 – Wells Fargo & Co. plans to price 0% enhanced return securities linked to the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are expected to mature between 48 and 51 months after issue.
If the fund finishes above the 113% to 115.25% threshold level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 1.5 times any gain in the fund.
Otherwise, the payout will be par plus the return with exposure to any losses.
The exact deal terms will be set at pricing.
Wells Fargo Securities, LLC is the agent.
The notes will price in August and settle in September.
The Cusip number is 94986RYN5.
