New Issue: Wells Fargo prices $3.47 million market-tied notes on Euro Stoxx 50

Chicago, Aug. 4 – Wells Fargo & Co. priced $3.47 million 0% market-linked securities – leveraged upside participation to a cap and fixed percentage buffered downside due Aug. 7, 2019 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B3 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 175% of any index gain, up to a maximum return of 43%.
Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 20% and will be exposed to any losses beyond 20%.
