New Issue: Wells Fargo prices $2 billion 30-year notes at Treasuries plus 130 bps

New York, April 24 – Wells Fargo & Co. priced $2 billion of medium-term notes, series N, according to a 424B2 pricing supplement filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The 3.9% notes priced at 99.666 to yield 3.919%, or Treasuries plus 130 basis points.
The bookrunner was Wells Fargo Securities LLC.
