Wells Fargo plans market-linked notes on iShares MSCI EAFE ETF

Madison, Wis., March 6 – Wells Fargo & Co. plans to price 0% market-linked notes due April 6, 2022 linked to the iShares MSCI EAFE exchange-traded fund, according to an FWP with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus the greater of the fund return and the minimum return, which will be 3% to 7% and will be set at pricing.

The ending price of the fund will be the average of the fund’s closing prices on the calculation days, which are the 30th day of each March, June, September and December, beginning June 2015 and ending March 2022.

Wells Fargo Securities LLC is the agent.

The notes will price March 31 and settle April 6.

The Cusip number is 94986RWD9.
