Virginia Beach, Feb. 11 – Wells Fargo & Co. sold $2.5 billion of 3% senior notes due 2025 at Treasuries plus 107 basis points on Wednesday, an informed source said.
Pricing was at the tight end of talk.
The notes (A2/A+/AA-) priced at 99.666 to yield 3.039%.
Wells Fargo Securities LLC was the bookrunner.
The bank is based in San Francisco.
