Wells Fargo sets talk for five-year fixed-, floating-rate senior notes; pricing Monday

Virginia Beach, Jan. 26 – Wells Fargo & Co. is in the market on Monday with a five-year offering of senior notes (A2/A+/AA-) in fixed- and floating-rate tranches, according to an informed source.

The five-year notes are guided in the 90 basis points area, and the floating-rate notes are being guided at the Libor equivalent.

Wells Fargo & Co. LLC is the bookrunner.

Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.

The bank is based in San Francisco.
