Wells Fargo plans market-linked notes on Dow Jones industrial average

New York, Jan. 7 – Wells Fargo & Co. plans to price 0% market-linked securities with upside participation and fixed percentage buffered downside due Jan. 30, 2020 linked to the Dow Jones industrial average, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 100% to 110% of any index gain.

Investors will receive par for losses of up to 15% and will share in losses beyond 15%.

The notes (Cusip: 94986RVQ1) will price on Jan. 27 and settle on Jan. 30.
