Wells Fargo prepares three-part notes offering; pricing Tuesday

Virginia Beach, Sept. 2 – Wells Fargo & Co. is in Tuesday’s market with a three-part offering of senior notes (A2/A+/AA-), according to an informed source.

The San Francisco-based bank plans to sell three-year notes in fixed- and floating-rate tranches, as well as a tranche of notes due 2024.

The three-year fixed-rate notes are talked in the mid- to high-50 basis points area, and the floating-rate notes are being guided at the Libor equivalent.

The 10-year notes are guided in the area of Treasuries plus 105 bps.

Wells Fargo & Co. LLC is the bookrunner.
