New Issue: Wells Fargo prices $29.8 million buffered enhanced return notes linked to S&P 500

Madison, Wis., Aug. 5 – Wells Fargo & Co. priced $29.8 million of 0% buffered enhanced return securities due April 6, 2016 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 130% of any gain in the index, up to a maximum return of 18.46%.
Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 10% and will lose 1.1111% for each 1% decline beyond 10%.
