New Issue: Wells Fargo prices $3.71 million buffered enhanced return notes linked to MSCI EAFE

New York, June 23 – Wells Fargo & Co. priced $3,711,000 of 0% buffered enhanced return securities due Sept. 29, 2015 linked to the MSCI EAFE index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 130% of any gain in the index, up to a maximum return of 13.091%.
Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 10% and will lose 1.1111% for each 1% decline beyond 10%.
