Fitch: AA-/F1+ IDR to Wells Fargo Securities

Fitch Ratings said it assigned issuer default ratings of AA-/F1+ to Wells Fargo Securities International Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of Wells Fargo & Co.

The outlook for Wells Fargo Securities is stable, in line with the outlook for Wells Fargo & Co.

The issuer default ratings for Wells Fargo Securities and Wells Fargo & Co. are equalized, which reflects Fitch's view that Wells Fargo Securities is core and integral to Wells Fargo & Co.’s business strategy and operations. Fitch believes Wells Fargo & Co. would fully support Wells Fargo Securities in the event of need.
