Wells Fargo to price market-linked securities tied to iShares MSCI EM

Madison, Wis., June 12 – Wells Fargo & Co. plans to price 0% market-linked securities with leveraged upside participation and contingent downside due Jan. 25, 2021 linked to the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the fund return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 120% to 125% of the gain.

Investors will receive par if the fund decreases by up to 30%. If the fund falls by more than 30%, investors will lose 1% for every 1% drop below the initial price.

Wells Fargo Securities LLC is the agent.

The notes will price on June 18 and settle on June 25.

The Cusip number is 94986RUE9.
