Wells Fargo plans market-linked securities on iShares MSCI EM ETF

New York, June 6 – Wells Fargo & Co. plans to price 0% market-linked securities with leveraged upside participation and contingent downside due June 29, 2020 linked to the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the fund return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 105% to 115% of the gain.

Investors will receive par if the fund falls by up to 30% and will share fully in losses if the fund declines beyond the buffer.

The notes (Cusip: 94986RUB5) are expected to price on June 20 and settle on June 27.
