New Issue: Wells Fargo prices $2 billion two-year floating-rate notes at Libor plus 15 bps

Virginia Beach, June 3 - Wells Fargo & Co. was in Tuesday's market with a $2 billion offering of two-year floating-rate senior notes priced at par to yield Libor plus 15 basis points, according to an informed source.

The notes had been talked in the Libor plus mid to high teens area.

Wells Fargo & Co. LLC was the bookrunner.

The bank is based in San Francisco.
