New Issue: Wells Fargo sells $150 million five-year notes at Libor plus 50 bps

Virginia Beach, Jan. 21 - Wells Fargo & Co. priced a $150 million issue of five-year floating-rate notes, series L, at par to yield Libor plus 50 basis points, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Wells Fargo Securities LLC was the bookrunner.
The San Francisco-based bank will use the proceeds for general banking purposes.
