New Issue: Wells prices $4.66 million buffered enhanced return notes on MSCI EAFE

New York, Sept. 10 - Wells Fargo & Co. priced $4,664,000 of 0% buffered enhanced return securities due June 12, 2015 linked to the MSCI EAFE index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 140% of any gain in the index, up to a maximum return of 23.8%.

Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 12.5% and will lose 1.1429% for each 1% decline beyond 12.5%.

Wells Fargo Securities, LLC is the agent.
