Virginia Beach, Va., Aug. 8 - Wells Fargo & Co. priced a $1.5 billion offering of 4.125% notes due 2023 on Thursday at a spread of 160 basis points over Treasuries, according to an informed source.
No other details were immediately available on Thursday.
Wells Fargo was last in the market with a $5 billion sale of notes in four parts on July 22.
The financial services company is based in San Francisco.
