New Issue: Wells Fargo prices $2.94 million buffered enhanced return notes linked to MSCI EAFE

Chicago, July 22 - Wells Fargo & Co. priced $2.94 million of 0% buffered enhanced return securities due May 18, 2015 linked to the MSCI EAFE index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 130% of any gain in the index, up to a maximum return of 24%.
Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 12.5% and will lose 1.1429% for each 1% decline beyond 12.5%.
