By Andrea Heisinger

New York, July 22 - Wells Fargo & Co. is in the market Monday selling notes (Aa3/AA-/AA-) in at least two tranches, an informed source said.

The offering is set to include maturities of two years and three years, with floating-rate tranches possible as well, the source said.

Wells Fargo Securities LLC is running the books.

Wells Fargo was last in the U.S. bond market with a $2 billion offering of five-year notes in two tranches on April 16.

The financial services company is based in San Francisco.
