New Issue: Wells Fargo prices $6.47 million buffered enhanced notes on S&P 500

Madison, Wis., June 25 - Wells Fargo & Co. priced $6.47 million of 0% buffered enhanced return securities with upside participation to a cap and buffered downside with multiplier due June 15, 2015 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.3 times any gain in the index, up to a maximum settlement amount of $1,211 per $1,000 principal amount of notes.
Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 15% and will lose 1.1765% for each 1% decline beyond 15%.
