New Issue: Wells Fargo sells $1.28 million access securities on SPDR S&P 500 ETF

Madison, Wis., June 17 - Wells Fargo & Co. priced $1.28 million of 0% access securities due June 18, 2015 linked to the SPDR S&P 500 ETF trust, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the fund's final level is greater than or equal to the initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the fund return, subject to a maximum return of 13.3%. Investors will receive par if the fund falls by up to 20% and will lose 1% for every 1% that it declines beyond 20%.
