New Issue: Wells Fargo prices $3.99 million market-linked notes on fund basket

Chicago, June 4 - Wells Fargo & Co. priced $3.99 million of market-linked notes due June 5, 2020 tied to a basket of three funds, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The basket consists of the SPDR S&P 500 ETF Trust with a 65% weight, the iShares MSCI EAFE index fund with a 25% weight and the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets index Fund with a 10% weight.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 108% of any basket gain.
If the basket falls, the payout will be par.
