New Issue: Wells Fargo prices $11.41 million enhanced return notes tied to S&P 500

Chicago, April 29 - Wells Fargo & Co. priced $11.41 million of 0% enhanced return securities due April 30, 2015 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus triple any index gain, up to a maximum return of $1,231 for each $1,000 principal amount.
Investors will be exposed to any losses.
Wells Fargo Securities LLC is the underwriter.
