New Issue: Wells Fargo prices $687,000 buffered enhanced return notes linked to iShares MSCI EM

San Luis Obispo, Calif., April 17 - Wells Fargo & Co. priced $687,000 of 0% buffered enhanced return securities with upside participation to a cap and buffered downside with multiplier due Aug. 27, 2014 linked to the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets index fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.2 times any gain in the fund, up to a maximum settlement amount of $1,171.60 per $1,000 principal amount of notes.
Investors will receive par if the fund falls by up to 10% and will lose 1.1111% for each 1% decline beyond 10%.
