New Issue: Wells prices $15.12 million contingent fixed return notes on S&P 500

Madison, Wis., Feb. 26 - Wells Fargo & Co. priced $15.12 million of 0% equity-linked securities due April 6, 2015 with contingent fixed return and buffered downside with multiplier linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the final index level is greater than or equal to the threshold level, 85% of the initial index level, the payout at maturity will be a contingent fixed redemption amount of $1,082.20 for each $1,000 principal amount of notes.

If the final level is less than the threshold level, investors will lose 1.1765% for each 1% decline below the initial level.
