Wells Fargo to price enhanced return notes linked to Euro Stoxx 50

Tacoma, Wash., Feb. 4 - Wells Fargo & Co. plans to price 0% enhanced return securities with upside participation to a cap and 1-to-1 downside exposure to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The tenor of the notes is expected to be 18 to 21 months.
If the final index level is greater than the initial index level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 200% of the index return, subject to a maximum return of 55% to 60% that will be set at pricing. If the final index level is less than the initial index level, investors will be fully exposed to the decline.
Wells Fargo Securities LLC is the agent.
The notes will price and settle in February.
The Cusip number is 94986RNB3.
