New Issue: Wells Fargo prices $1.05 million growth notes linked to iShares MSCI Emerging Markets

Tacoma, Wash., June 29 - Wells Fargo & Co. priced $1.05 million of 0% growth securities with leveraged upside participation to a cap and fixed percentage buffered downside due Jan. 5, 2016 linked to the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets index fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 150% of any increase in the exchange-traded fund's share price, subject to a maximum return of 37%. Investors will receive par if the share price declines by 15% or less and will lose 1% for every 1% that it declines beyond 15%.
