New Issue: Wells Fargo sells $3.69 million access securities on iShares MSCI Emerging Markets

Madison, Wis., March 6 - Wells Fargo & Co. priced $3.69 million of 0% access securities due April 5, 2013 linked to the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets index fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the final fund share price is at or above the initial price, the payout at maturity will be par plus a contingent fixed return of 15%.

If the fund falls by up to 20%, the payout will be par.

If the fund falls by more than 20%, investors will be fully exposed to the decline from the initial fund share price.
