New Issue: Wells Fargo prices $3 million growth securities linked to basket of eight commodities

San Diego, March 2 - Wells Fargo & Co. priced $3 million of 0% growth securities with upside participation to a cap due Sept. 10, 2018 linked to a basket of eight commodities, equally weighted, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The basket is comprised of silver, copper, nickel, corn futures, sugar futures, soybean futures, crude oil futures and gasoline futures.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 300% of any gain in the basket, subject to a maximum return of 46%. Investors will receive par if the basket declines.

Wells Fargo Securities, LLC is the agent.
