Tacoma, Wash., March 2 - Wells Fargo & Co. priced $12.21 million of 0% market-linked notes due Sept. 10, 2018 linked to the Dow Jones industrial average, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the final index level is greater than the initial index level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the greater of 3% and the index return.
If the final index level is less than or equal to the initial index level, the payout will be par plus 3%.
The final index level will be the average of the index's closing levels on the last trading day of each February and August, beginning August 2012 and ending August 2018.
