New Issue: Wells prices $335,000 securities tied to iShares MSCI Emerging Markets

New York, Dec. 21 - Wells Fargo & Co. priced $335,000 of 0% securities with leveraged upside participation to a cap and buffered downside with multiplier due Jan. 13, 2014 linked to the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets index fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 170% of any gain in the fund, subject to a maximum return of 12.1%.
Investors will receive par if the fund declines by up to 12.5% and will lose 1.1429% for every 1% decline beyond the 12.5% buffer.
