Wells Fargo adds Bednar, Molke to its public finance leadership team

Minneapolis, Oct. 1 - Wells Fargo & Co.'s Wells Fargo Securities announced the addition of Sally Bednar and Rick Molke to its public finance leadership team.

Bednar joins Wells Fargo as a managing director, head of higher education and co-head of the education and nonprofit group, and Molke joins as a managing director and co-head of the energy and corporate group.

Bednar will co-head the education and nonprofit banking group with Rick Chisholm. She has more than 18 years of banking experience, primarily in public finance in the higher education sector, according to a company news release. Previously, she was co-head of Morgan Stanley's higher education group.

Molke will work alongside Adam Woodard, co-head of the public finance energy and corporate group. Molke has more than 35 years of experience in public finance. He most recently was co-head of the public power group at Morgan Stanley, Wells Fargo said.

Wells Fargo is a San Francisco-based financial services company.
