New York, Sept. 30 - Wells Fargo & Co. priced $5.47 million of market-linked notes due Oct. 5, 2018 tied to a basket of exchange-traded funds, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The basket includes the SPDR S&P 500 ETF Trust with a 60% weight, the iShares MSCI EAFE index fund with a 30% weight and the iShares MSCI Emerging Market index fund with a 10% weight.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 107% of the average upside performance of the basket. The basket performance will be calculated on the last trading day of March and September through September 2018.
Investors will receive par if the basket falls.
