New Issue: Wells Fargo prices $10.6 million market-linked notes linked to Dow Jones-UBS Commodity

Chicago, Sept. 2 - Wells Fargo & Co. priced $10.6 million of market-linked notes due March 7, 2018 tied to the Dow Jones - UBS Commodity index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus any gain in the index, up to a maximum return of 60%.

If the index falls, the payout will be par.

Wells Fargo Securities, LLC will be the agent.
