Wells Fargo plans 3.5-year enhanced growth notes on iShares MSCI EAFE

Chicago, July 8 - Wells Fargo & Co. plans to price 0% enhanced growth securities due February 2015 linked to the iShares MSCI EAFE index fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.5 times any fund gain, up to a maximum return of 35% to 40%.

Investors will receive par if the shares fall by up to 10% and will share in any decline beyond 10%.

Wells Fargo Securities, LLC is the underwriter.

The notes will settle in August.

The Cusip is 94986REN7.
