San Diego, June 30 - Wells Fargo & Co. priced $14.32 million of 0% upside participation commodity-linked notes due Jan. 8, 2018 tied to the Dow Jones-UBS Commodity index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus any index gain, subject to a cap of 73%.
Investors will receive a minimum of par should the index fall.
