New Issue: Wells Fargo prices $13.76 million 1.25% notes linked to S&P 500 index

Tacoma, Wash., March 2 - Wells Fargo & Co. priced $13.76 million of 1.25% market-linked notes due March 7, 2017 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Interest is payable semiannually.

The payout at maturity will be par plus the index return minus the cumulative amount of interest paid on the notes, subject to a floor of par.

The final index level will be the average of its closing levels on the last trading day of each February and August from August 2011 through February 2017.
