New York, Dec. 5 - Wells Fargo & Co. sold $1.5 billion of 2.625% five-year notes on Monday at a spread of Treasuries plus 175 basis points, a source close to the trade said.
Full terms were not available at press time.
The notes (A2/A+/) were priced to yield 2.68%.
Wells Fargo Securities LLC was the bookrunner.
The financial services company is based in San Francisco.
