New Issue: Wells Fargo sells $7.11 million access securities on commodities basket

Madison, Wis., Jan. 3 - Wells Fargo & Co. priced $7.11 million of 0% access securities due July 8, 2014 linked to a basket holding equal weights of crude oil, platinum, copper, corn and cotton, according to a 424B2 filling with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 145% of any increase in the basket. Investors will receive par if the basket declines by 15% or less and will lose 1% for every 1% that it declines beyond 15%.
