New Issue: Wells Fargo sells $5.73 million enhanced growth securities on iShares MSCI EM fund

Chicago, Jan. 3 - Wells Fargo & Co. priced $5.73 million of 0% enhanced growth securities due July 8, 2013 based on the performance of the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets index fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.5 times any fund gain, up to a maximum return of $1,375 per $1,000 principal amount.
Investors will receive par for losses up to 15% and will share in the losses beyond 15%.
