New Issue: Wells Fargo prices $6.17 million 0% enhanced growth securities on iShares MSCI EM fund

New York, Sept. 2 - Wells Fargo & Co. priced $6.17 million of 0% enhanced growth securities due March 10, 2014 linked to the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets index fund via Wells Fargo Securities, LLC, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 125% of any gain in the fund shares, up to a maximum redemption of $1,460 per note.
Investors will receive par for losses up to 20% and will share in any losses beyond the threshold level.
