New Issue: Wells Fargo prices $6.18 million 0% enhanced growth securities on iShares MSCI EM fund

New York, June 25 - Wells Fargo & Co. priced $6.18 million of 0% enhanced growth securities with capped upside and contingent downside protection due July 8, 2015 linked to the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets index fund via Wells Fargo Securities, LLC, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 125% of any gain in the fund shares, up to a maximum redemption of $2,300 per note.
Investors will receive par for losses up to 40% and will share fully in any losses if the ending level breaches the threshold level.
