New Issue: UBS prices $0.1 million 9.25% reverse convertibles linked to Wells Fargo
New York, Feb. 24 - UBS AG priced $0.1 million of 9.25% reverse convertible notes due Feb. 28, 2011 linked to Wells Fargo & Co. shares, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par in cash unless Wells Fargo shares fall below the protection price of $21.83, 80% of the initial price of $27.29, during the life of the notes and finish below the initial price in which case the payout will be 36.6435 shares of Wells Fargo stock.
