New Issue: Wells Fargo prices $5.42 million enhanced growth securities linked to three indexes

Tacoma, Wash., Feb. 2 - Wells Fargo & Co. priced $5.42 million of 0% enhanced growth securities with partial principal protection due Aug. 7, 2013 linked to a basket of indexes, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The basket includes the S&P 500 with a 50% weight, the S&P MidCap 400 index with a 25% weight and the Russell 2000 index with a 25% weight.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.5 times any basket gain, subject to a maximum return of 41%. Investors will receive par if the basket declines by 15% or less and will lose 1% for every 1% that it declines beyond 15%.

Wells Fargo Securities, LLC is the underwriter.
