New Issue: Wells Fargo sells $5.65 million two-year enhanced growth notes on iShares MSCI EM

Madison, Wis., Nov. 24 - Wells Fargo & Co. priced $5.65 million of 0% enhanced growth securities due Nov. 30, 2012 based on the performance of the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets index fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus double any fund gain, up to a maximum return of $1,183 per $1,000 principal amount.

Investors will receive par for losses up to 20% and will share in the losses beyond 20%.

Wells Fargo Securities, LLC is the agent.
