New Issue: Wells Fargo sells $1.55 million notes linked to S&P 500, Rogers International Commodity

New York, Oct. 2 - Wells Fargo & Co. priced $1.55 million of 0% enhanced participation securities with partial principal protection due Oct. 7, 2014 linked to the S&P 500 index with a 70% weight and the Rogers International Commodity Index - Excess Return with a 30% weight, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.05 times any gain in the index basket.

Investors will receive par if the index basket falls by up to 20% and will be exposed to losses beyond 20%.

Wells Fargo Securities, LLC is the underwriter.
