New York, Aug. 22 - Wells Fargo & Co. added $20 million to its recent issue of three-year floating-rate notes Friday, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The medium-term notes are priced at par to yield three-month Libor plus 65 basis points.
Total issuance is $320 million, including $300 million priced Thursday.
Morgan Stanley & Co., Inc. was the agent.
The financial services company is based in San Francisco.
